MISSION ABORT PROTOCOL
Missions aborted more than 48 hours prior to scheduled deployment are eligible for a full "Battle Credit" valid for 12 months, or a refund minus a 10% logistics fee.
Late Extraction
Cancellations within 48 hours of deployment will forfeit 50% of the mission cost. No-shows forfeit the full amount. Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case.
Adverse Situations
In case of severe weather alerts, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, missions can be rescheduled at no additional cost within 30 days.
FINANCIAL CLEARANCE
All tactical gear (Blasters, Rival Squad Kits, Mega Tridents) requires a security deposit. This bond is released within 48 hours post-extraction provided all assets are returned in operational condition.
Note: Damages to high-security equipment will be assessed based on the Fair Asset Replacement Chart available at HQ.
